On August 27, 2015 the JSC RKS company announced agreement signature with the government of the Yaroslavl region about the beginning of cooperation for creation and development of National Network of High-precision Positioning (NNHPP) B[1].
Project Tasks
The project of creation of NSVP it is necessary to create a navigation field of high accuracy in the territory of Russia. It is supposed that the national network of high-precision positioning will integrate more than 600 GLONASS satellite referentsny stations on the basis of which separate regional networks of high-precision positioning and network of large state and commercial owners are created. As a result of increase in a coverage by construction new and optimization of the existing networks, it is going to expand considerably possibilities of end consumers in borders of the created network. At the same time determination of coordinates of objects in real time will be able to reach decimeter and centimetric accuracy.

Agreements provide operational interactions, preparation of technical specifications and development of the unified solutions on use and development of infrastructure of NSVP. It is necessary to create the joint working groups on preparation of actions plans and programs for implementation of the objects set in the agreement.
Is going to solve a technical problem of creation of a single network of high-precision positioning and ensuring implementation of function of her operator "Russian Space Systems" on the basis of use of mechanisms of public-private partnership using the domestic integration technology created together with non-profit partnership of "Operators of networks of high-precision satellite positioning".
