The administration of the Omsk region joined in the project of creation of network of high-precision positioning on the basis of GLONASS

On August 27, 2015 it became known of the agreement between RKS and administration of the Omsk region - the parties announced the beginning of cooperation in the field of creation and development of National Network of High-precision Positioning (NNHPP) B^[1].

Project Tasks

The agreement provides development of cooperation in the field of use and development of land infrastructure of NSVP on the basis of referentsny stations using GLONASS system signals.

Responsible body in issues of operational interaction, preparation of technical specifications and development of the unified solutions, uses and development of infrastructure of NSVP from the government of the Omsk region - Head department of information technologies and communications of the Omsk region.

Project implementation it is necessary to create a field of navigation of high accuracy. It is supposed that the national network of high-precision positioning will integrate more than 600 GLONASS referentsny stations on which basis act separate regional networks of high-precision positioning and network of large state and commercial owners. With increase in a coverage by means of construction new and optimization of the operating networks, possibilities of end consumers in borders of the created network considerably will extend. Accuracy of coordinates of objects will reach in real time decimeter and centimetric values, project participants said.

Creation of a single network of high-precision positioning and ensuring implementation of functions of her operator in a technical aspect "The Russian space systems" is going to carry out due to use of mechanisms of public-private partnership.
