On September 28, 2015 it became known of an implementation project in Multikarta company of a management system for business continuity. Integrator Croc company.
Project Tasks
The main a project objective - transition from simple intuitive solutions in the field of risk minimization of loss of business continuity to creation of system approach in management of lifecycles of the company and ensuring uninterrupted operation of activity for the benefit of clients.

Project Progress
The project began in the first quarter 2015. At the beginning of the project all its participants carry out research and analytical work:
- the main activities and critical infrastructure are defined,
- ITSM processes are investigated,
- IT systems are analyzed,
- operating conditions and the customer service delivery are defined.
- the regulations of actions at emergence of a negative impact on activity of the company are developed.
Project Results
Kirill Sviridenko, the CEO of Multikarta LLC, noted: "Transition to system approach in the field of management of business continuity is an important milestone in Multikarta's development and corresponds to the general upward trend of a maturity of the company".
