Automation of activity of Stroytransgaz Ltd is executed using the software product "by 1C: Management of construction organization 8".
For automation of activity operational, accounting and tax accounting at high technology level and according to requirements of the Russian legislation, the management of Stroytransgaz Ltd made the decision on implementation of an end-to-end system "1C: Management of construction organization 8".
The important role when choosing an accounting system for company management was played that the software solution "1C: Management of construction organization 8" – a modern system, with big functionality for development and also the fact that the producer performs support of the program.
As the contractor of the project the 1C-Rarus company as the highly professional and reliable partner having wide experience of automation of the accounting systems, having the certificate on ISO 9001:2000 quality management system was selected.
Specialists 1C-Rarus perform the following works on implementation of the software product:
- Delivery and installation of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of the construction organization";
- Installation of working bases on places of users;
- Complex implementation of a subsystem "Accounting, tax accounting";
- Complex implementation of a subsystem Treasury;
- Complex implementation of a subsystem "Salary and personnel management";
- Complex implementation of a subsystem Supply;
- Complex implementation of a subsystem "Control of motor transport and construction machines".
Use of the application solution "1C: Management of construction organization 8" allows to automate such sections of accounting as: inventory management; order management; cash management; management of the relations with buyers and suppliers; sales planning, purchases; personnel management; payroll calculation; accounting and tax accounting.
320 jobs are automated.
Implementation of the software product "1C: The management of construction organization 8" for automation of activity of the enterprise allowed to estimate quickly efficiency and to obtain information for acceptance of management decisions.

Project Results
On October 23, 2015 it became known of end of the first stage of an implementation project[2].
Stroytransgaz (2014)
Fedor Bukhtoyarov, the head of department of projects of automation of STG Ltd, noted: "Upon completion of the first stage of the project we saw that terms and labor costs were reduced by conducting primary accounting. The discipline and transparency of accounting increased. Before over 30% of accounting entries became manually in "1C: Enterprise Accounting", in a new system all postings become automatically on the basis of the entered documents. Terms of preparation of monthly, quarter and annual accounts were reduced. For us there was important an emergence of an opportunity to optimize primary accounting of intra group transactions and to prepare the consolidated statements due to work of all Group in one database. Standardization of reference books allowed to organize more effectively end-to-end processes on Group of STG Ltd, to automate interaction of divisions of head office, branches, separate divisions and subsidiaries".
