Responsible for:

• Regional projects in terms of digitalization of housing and communal services, power, construction of control (supervisory) activities;
• Designing services at the State Technical Center (Housing and Utilities, Security, Tourism, Transport).

Member of working groups on the implementation of a target standard digital platform for ensuring the activities of executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation on the GosTech platform (in the social sphere; in tourism).

2022: Project Portfolio Manager

From July 2022 to March 2023, he was the head of the project portfolio at the Project Office for Digital Transformation in Construction and Housing and Industrial Complex of Russia.

He was responsible for the project to create the State Information System for ensuring urban planning activities of the Russian Federation.
