2019: Monitoring and maintenance from LAN ATMservice
On March 21, 2019 reported to LANIT that LAN ATMservice (enters into LANIT group) performs monitoring and more than 5,500 ATMs and information payment terminals of JSC Rosselkhozbank in the territory of Russia carries out maintenance.
Work is organized from the uniform dispatching center – the division LAN ATMservice equipped with means of the information and analytical M3 platform. It is domestic development which all components are entered in the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases.
Rosselkhozbank operates structures of different producers in all territory of Russia. We should provide high client availability of such network at the expense of own multivendor service center and own command center incidents providing monitoring, remote control and security of network and also interaction with all contractors and services of Bank in the course of maintenance of network. 2017: Technical support of ATMs from Maykor
On October 1, 2015 the MAYKOR-BTE company announced signing of the contract on technical support of ATMs of Rosselkhozbank.
The MAYKOR-BTE company according to the results of tender signed the two-year outsourcing agreement on service of all park of ATMs of Rosselkhozbank.

The contract – continuation of cooperation with subsidiary of MAYKOR specializing in service of the bank equipment: MAYKOR-BTE renders services to Rosselkhozbank since 2011. Till 2014 the outsourcer provided technical support of ATMs within contracts with regional bank branches.
In 2014 Rosselkhozbank held the centralized competition on service of the equipment as a result of which MAYKOR-BTE received all ATM park of the customer for a year. According to the results of new tender the bank selected MAYKOR-BTE as the prime vendor of technical support services of ATMs, for a period of two years again.
For October 1, 2015 the ATM park of Rosselkhozbank contains more than 3.5 thousand items of equipment. MAYKOR-BTE is necessary all complex of works on service and repair, delivery of ZIP. Contract geography – all regions of presence of Rosselkhozbank.
