2022: Declared bankrupt

2018: 1C withdrawal from the founders, Simonenko's share in the pledge from Sberbank

As TAdviser found out, in March 2018, 1C"" ceased to be the owner of 80% of Alager. From now on, this share belongs to the legal entity itself. The remaining 20%, as before, is owned by ex-general director Merlion Vyacheslav Simonenko.

The share of Simonenko himself since 2017 under loan agreements and bank guarantees has been pledged by Sberbank.

According to information from the Alager website, the company has five main areas of activity as of 2018:

According to the public procurement website, Alager tried, but failed to win, more than 20 large and medium-sized tenders with state organizations totaling 548 million rubles. According to Rosstat, Alager's revenue in 2016 amounted to 341.6 million rubles, loss - 5.7 million rubles. The results of activities in 2017 were not published.

According to the company itself, revenue for 2017 amounted to 1.8 billion rubles against 430 million in 2016.

2015: Building a Company

Alager (Alager LLC) was created in April 2015 by Vyacheslav Simonenko, who has been distributing IT products since the late 1990s, and in 2007-2013 worked as the general director of the largest Russian IT distributor Merlion.

In August 2015, the owner of 80% of Alager, according to the Kontur.Focus database, became 1C. The remaining 20% belonged to Simonenko, who was also the CEO of the company.
