What effect was gained by "the Heatozyorsk cement works" from system implementation of control of transport

On October 8, 2015 the Omnicomm company announced implementation of monitors of transport and the Omnicomm Online system at the Heatozyorsk Cement Works enterprise.

Project Progress

Implementing solution was executed by Omnikomm Far East company. In addition to control over movement of transport and a consumption of fuel, the solution Omnicomm Online at the Heatozyorsk Cement Works enterprise performs a number of the functions increasing efficiency of the equipment and increasing discipline of driver's structure.

Vyacheslav Tyulin, the deputy manager on security of "the Heatozyorsk cement works", reported: "Implementation of Omnicomm Online at our enterprise allowed to cut down considerably maintenance costs and service of vehicle fleet of the company. Only on fuel we managed to reach 30% of economy. By our calculations of investment on implementing solution paid for itself completely in 3 months of work. Also we note performance improvement of work of employees and as a result decrease in product cost. Monitoring of Omnicomm Online transport, for us, it not only control over operation of the equipment and a consumption of fuel in the companies, this also large amount of auxiliary functionality. So, with its help we keep track of timeliness of replacement of buses and oils and also we monitor terms of passing of maintenance of vehicle fleet. Also we had an opportunity to control operation of the additional and hinged hardware, such as cranes, mixers, compressors and some other mechanisms it allows us to see movement of fuel in the enterprise. Special attention should be paid to discipline of drivers. With implementation of monitoring of Omnicomm Online transport in our company we began to keep account of efficiency of use of the equipment by each driver - big turnovers, frequent accelerations braking, a large number of idling. Thanks to what the responsibility of drivers and level of labor discipline was increased. All new equipment which arrives on our enterprise will be without fail equipped with monitoring of Omnicomm Online transport".
