1C-Rarus automated business processes in Oksidental Eksspress

October 09, 2015. The 1C-Rarus company announced project completion on the implementing solution "1C: Integrated Automation 8" in Oksidental Eksspress production company.

Project Progress

In the created information system managerial, trade, accounting, tax and personnel records and also payroll are conducted now. The organization of business processes in uniform information base reduced labor input of accounting and allowed the management to estimate efficiency quickly.

At a stage of active business development of the company the information system which would integrate all major management processes became necessary. As much as possible the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 program which implementation experts performed 1C-Rarus could implement these requirements.

Result

The system created on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform allowed to plan purchases and sales, to conduct settlings with suppliers and buyers, to manage stocks and deliveries, to carry out settlings with personnel. It provides preparation of the regulated reporting according to the Russian legislation, and using calculation of normative cost value of orders management of the company flexibly manages now price policy. Automation of the main business processes allowed the management to bring Oksidental Eksspress company management to qualitatively new level and to constantly trace key indicators of activity, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
