Dukhonin Evgeny Yuryevich

Was born on December 19, 1961 in Uzhhorod (the Ukrainian SSR), graduated from the Moscow institute of engineers of railway transport (Moscow State University of means of communication) in "automated control systems".

In 2007 received MBA degree at the Stockholm school of economy.

Was engaged in implementation of information systems on railway transport, working in Major computer center of Ministry of Railways (nowadays – Major computer center of the Russian Railway) and All-Union research institute of railway transport (nowadays – Russian Railway subsidiary company, JSC Research Institute of Railway Transport).

In 1998 headed Department of the financial and analytical systems of the Russian system integrator LANIT, was engaged in informatization of the Bank of Russia and commercial credit institutions.

Since 2001 as the director of Department of management systems and consulting of LANIT supervised implementation of ERP systems in commercial and government institutions. Being the vice president of LANIT, created the Center of priority programs developing information solutions for the departments and the organizations participating in implementation of national projects and other priority government programs.

Worked as the director of department of management systems for financial and production resources of Lanit company.

In March, 2013 the deputy administrator of DIT of Moscow Evgeny Dukhonin left department. He supervised questions of logistics and the personnel. The circle of its duties also included development of regulations in the field of the state order and also approval of planned and reporting documents of jurisdictional enterprises.

As reported capital IT department, the organization of exhibition and business actions was one more important direction of its work. In particular, with direct participation of Dukhonin the Moscow government in 2012 participated in the largest international CeBIT IT exhibition in Hanover. "Many in the mayor's office remembered the former deputy as the organizer of so-called IT days - a series of the training seminars for officials. To Muscovites he will be remembered as the organizer of an exhibition in the field of city electronic services "Infositi"", - noted in department.

For the significant contribution to development of Moscow it is awarded with a medal "In Commemoration of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow".
