Worked as the programmer in department of automated control systems of JSC Kolenergo.
Novintekh worked as the technical director of the company.
In 2008 worked in PSI Energo.
Till 2018 - the technical director of JSC Oboronenergosbyt. In 2018 Yury Yushchak was arrested according to the decision of Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow. He and the CEO of Energodata company Vadim Matveev of steel[1] by persons involved in criminal case under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the fraud committed by a group of persons in especially large size)[2].
