On October 20, 2015 the retail network of electronics and Media Markt home appliances announced start of an analysis system of a consumer behavior with assistance of NPO Analitika company.

Project Tasks

System implementation of Retail Instruments is planned in all shops of the company in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

The Media Markt company continuously monitors emergence of perspective new products and the innovative technologies which could be directed to quality improvement of service of buyers. According to customer representatives, the solution Retail Instruments of NPO Analitika gives data sources which importance is obvious. Results of analytics can be integrated into business processes from the first day of use of a system.
