Biography
In 1995, Andrei graduated from the REU named after G.V. Plekhanova.
From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a category 2 software engineer at SVsoft MIPT LLC.
In 2010 and until 2011, he worked as First Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Owner CJSC.
From 2011 to 2012, he worked as Deputy General Director at the Innovation Group. "Winner"
From 2012 to 2013, he worked as the chief developer of Internet banking at Tinkoff Credit Systems.
Since 2013, he began working as deputy chairman of the board at the commercial bank PRADO-BANK (renamed Interactive Bank (LLC) from 15.04.2013) to 2014.
On October 20, 2015, Andrei Vasilievich Bukhtiyarov worked as chairman of the board of iBank.

As of January 2016, Andrey Bukhtiyarov is the current chairman of the board of the Interactive Bank operating under the iBank brand. At the next extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, the issue of changing the chairman of the board of iBank will be considered, as Andrei plans to develop his business. In April 2016, the Interactive Bank's license was revoked.
In 2017 - Chief developer of the Internet bank ChatBank OT PJSC Sovcombank.
2024: Recovery of losses of the Interactive Bank - only 2.1 billion rubles
On February 29, 2024, the Moscow Arbitration Court ruled to recover 2.1 billion rubles in losses of the Interactive Bank from the former leaders of this credit institution. Among them are ex-directors of the bank Andrei Geraskin, former board members Angelica Bulatchik and Oleg Mamzera, as well as ex-members of the board of directors Andrei Bukhtiyarov and Galina Zhabotinskaya.
