Biography

Pavel was born in the city of Bryansk in 1982.

In 1999, he completed his studies at Lyceum No. 1 of Bryansk.

In 2004 he graduated from Bryansk State University with a degree in Physics and Informatics.

In 2018, he received an Executive MBA from the Higher School of Management of the Higher School of Economics under the Business Leader of the Future program.

From 2004 to 2014, he worked as the head of the Virtualization Center at Softline (Russia and the CIS).

From 2014 to 2015, he worked as Director of Business Development for Cloud & Mobility in the Latin America region at Softline International.

In 2015, he headed the directions of Cloud, Fintech, Edtech in the Skolkovo Foundation with a focus on portfolio formation and startup acceleration.

Since 2018 - Director of the Finance & Blockchain Innovation Center of the Skolkovo Foundation with a focus on the development of industry expertise and attracting partner banks.

In 2019, he created the Sk Magic Club expert community for the founders of leading Skolkovo startups and launched an annual rating of bank innovation.

As of September 2022, he is the director of Skolkovo Fintech Hub with a portfolio of 230 startups with a total revenue of 58 billion rubles and official partners: Sberbank, VTB, GPB, PSB, RSHB, SKB, Tinkoff, Sovcombank, BCS, Yandex.
