Naumen Electronic marketplace (Naumen ETP) - the solution for operators of electronic marketplaces.

In the unified register the first complex software products for automation of purchases of a full stroke appeared:

On September 5, 2016 on the basis of the decision of expert advice at the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Naumen GPMS are added to the register of programs for electronic computers and databases (the register of the Russian software) "there is Purchase management" and "Naumen Electronic marketplace".

The product is intended for rendering services of holding trade procurement procedures on the Internet, including - holding electronic auctions:

• for the enterprises on which requirements of the Federal law of the Russian Federation of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "On purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" expatiate;
• for the enterprises which purchases are not regulated by law No. 223-FZ;
• for sale of property of debtors during the procedures applied in the case of bankruptcy according to requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation) of February 15, 2010 No. 54.

Creation of electronic marketplace on the basis of a standard configuration takes not less than two weeks (the minimum term of execution of works on installation and software configuration).

  • holding procedure of an electronic auction (electronic biddings);
  • automatic formation of the protocol of an auction/request of quotations/tender/purchase at the only supplier / preliminary selection / etc., and placement of information on auction results;

• agreement signature in electronic form about application of electronic signatures (EDSs);

• acceptance of trade procurement procedures from an end-to-end system of automation of purchasing activity of Naumen GPMS installed at partners, external in relation to the operator, including from zakupki365.ru Internet service.
