The ZAKUPKI365.RU service is intended for the enterprises falling under operation of the Federal law of the Russian Federation of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" and also any other commercial enterprises.

On November 5, 2013 the NAUMEN company announced commisioning of ZAKUPKI365.RU service.

Service helps to implement a full range of tasks regarding purchase management, according to law No. 223-FZ – from purchase planning before formation, placement and execution of the order with automatic transfer of data for the all-Russian website of purchases. Creator and operator of an online service NAUMEN company.

Appointment

The ZAKUPKI365.RU Internet service is intended for the enterprises which purchasing activity is regulated by law N 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 and also, – for any other commercial organizations wishing to automate planning process and placements of purchases. Service is available to users from any place where there is an Internet.

Service performs:

• purchase planning of the enterprise;
• formation on templates of documentation on purchase;
• approval of requests for placement of purchases;
• automatic transfer of data on www.zakupki.gov.ru and the corporate website;
• control of budget limits.

"we created ZAKUPKI365.RU, first of all, for those enterprises for which purchase and implementation of own automation system of purchasing activity are inexpedient for the economic reasons. Such situation can be, for example, at not a really large number of the purchases placed annually. In this case, there is a probability that for preparation of required materials, on the official all-Russian site zakupki.gov.ru and preparation of the obligatory reporting it is cheaper to their publication to hire one-two employees, or to distribute duties between the available specialists. 2014: Support 44-FZ

On March 6, 2014 the NAUMEN company announced development of functionality of Zakupki365.ru service.

According to the statement of developers, in the middle of March of SaaS service of Zakupki365.ru will begin to support purchase managements on 44-FZ. The new functionality of an online service will provide automation of all cycle of purchases according to requirements of the law on a contract system.

New opportunities will increase the user audience of service and will help to permit the needs for automation of activity according to requirements of the Federal law of 4/5/2013 No. 44 – the Federal Law "About a Contract System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs", to provide interaction of customers, the representative, financial and regulatory authorities in a full stroke of purchasing process. All necessary data on process of carrying out purchases are transferred in the automatic mode on the all-Russian website zakupki.gov.ru.
