November 12, 2015. The Parus corporation announced system implementation of efficiency evaluation of activity of the faculty based on "Parus the Budget 8" in "The Vyatka state humanities university" (VYATGGU). More than 400 users work with a system through a web office, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

Project Progress

During the project it is created and configured in the system of 169 indicators characterizing efficiency of both actually teaching, and administrative and managerial activity of the faculty.

Using a web office the staff of the university enters individual values on the fixed indicators with accession of the document confirming the actual value. At the same time the considerable part of data on results of activity of employees necessary for the automated calculation of the actual indicators, already is in a system and does not require manual entry. These are activity indicators which form in a system at solving of tasks of personnel records of employees, managements of educational process, work of selection committee, the analysis of progress of students.

Based on efficiency evaluation indicators a system performs calculation and formation of orders on the stimulating payments under the effective contract. Heads of divisions using a personal web office perform monitoring and the analysis of totals of efficiency of activity of employees.

Automation of efficiency evaluation became the next stage of development of an end-to-end information system of VyatGGU on the platform Parus — this project is implemented by the partner "Parus Corporations in Kirov — Soft-Service LLC. Basic processes of educational and financial and economic activity of university, including personnel records and payroll, work of selection committee, accounting of the student's contingent, accounting of agreements on paid training, formation of curricula and main educational programs, planning of an academic load on departments and its distribution by teachers, accounting of progress of students, work of economical department and purchasing division and also accounting of activity of university publishing house were earlier step by step automated.

Development Plans

Among perspective problems of informatization of VyatGGU — the automated cost accounting of training and creation of a monitoring system of key indicators of activity of university.

"The quantity of the actual indicators calculated for assessment of activity of the faculty within a year are more than 20,000 values. At such scales to solve a problem of assessment in reasonable time, without having a single automated system, it was not represented possible" — Vladislav Laptev, the head of department of informatization and telecommunications of VyatGGU comments.
