November 19, 2015. The LETA Engineering company announced implementation of an electronic management system for queue for depositary of Interprombank in Moscow.
As a result Interprombank received the hardware-software complex of ESUO which is specially developed under this business process: the central dashboard, the touch Phantom terminal, 3 jobs of operators, 2 cash desks and 9 automated sections. In the beginning the kliyentopotok is distributed on 2 directions - primary or secondary visit of bank, then depending on the choice document creation for new clients or the choice of section with safes and also additional standard banking activities is offered. LETA Engineering provided to clients of Inteprombank safe use of own cells thanks to the customized system of a kliyentopotok which does not allow visitors to be crossed in sections. And until one left section, another cannot come into it.
According to forecasts of bank, in connection with reorganization of rules of trade the number of the similar wholesale centers will grow, and the kliyentopotok in departments of the shopping centers of banks which are present at territories respectively will increase. Depositaries and departments with individual safety-deposit boxes are in the increased demand as this very convenient solution for clients of data of departments.
