Kcell implemented a management system for queue

On November 24, 2015 the ISB-Engineering company announced integration of an electronic system of queue and the system of scoring Q-net by request of Kcell mobile operator, in service centers of subscribers.

Project Tasks

The customer delivered before specialists of the contractor is delivered a problem of scoring of an electronic system of queue since the lack of the speech notification often led to the fact that clients missed number of the queue displayed on a board.

Office Kcell (2014)

Earlier the e-queue system of Q-net and the system of scoring of the Inter-M and Roxton brands (depending on an object) which in the project progress were united in a uniform complex acted on objects. A problem which is solved by the system of scoring - broadcast of a background music and declarations (the live speech).

Project Progress

Works were carried out in October, 2015 at the offices located on Respubliki Avenue and on the street of Almaty in the city of Astana. The test period of operation showed that the system of queue and the system of scoring correctly work in a uniform complex, and due to their integration the mobile operator significantly increased service quality of visitors of the centers.

Specifics of work of the Kcell centers for service of subscribers and also big flow of visitors did not allow to perform integration works on scoring of a system of queue in the afternoon since it was required to save workflow of the Customer. Employees performed works in evening, night time and executed the project within a week.

Project Results

Consolidation of an electronic system of queue and the system of scoring allowed to implement on objects function of the voice notification of visitors about the movement of queue. At the same time declarations form automatically and sound in that language which is selected the user at the order of the coupon.
