On December 10, 2015 it became known of an implementation project of a quality control system of communication services of wiSLA in the North Caucasian bank of Sberbank of Russia. Implementation SovTelCom executed the regional telecom operator.
Project Tasks
In 2013 JSC Sberbank of Russia - the North Caucasian bank announced the tender for selection of communication service provider with obligatory observance of parameters of service quality. After the analysis of the monitoring systems of SLA existing in the market, SovTelCom proposed to bank the solution on the wiSLA platform.
A system was recognized conforming to requirements of bank. Implementing solution is executed in 30 days.
Project Results
Monitoring of alternative channels provides to bank the corresponding capacities for work of information services at additional offices and smooth operation of all business processes at failure of the main communication channels.

For December 10, 2015 wiSLA controls quality more than 150 alternative channels of communication rented by bank regarding compliance of SLA and provides their operability in case of refusal of the main channel. Monitoring is performed in the territory of Stavropol Krai, Northern Ossetia-Alania, Kabardino-Balkar Republic, Dagestan, Karachay-Cherkessia, Kalmykia and the Chechen Republic.

According to the results of the analysis of monitoring in a number of the republics and Stavropol Krai SovTelCom set additional uninterruptible power supply units on some objects, antenna feeder devices are replaced, important sections of network are optimized and redundant. Use by heads of divisions of the operator of mobile application wiSLA allowed to observe a status of services in real time and to quickly take adequate measures for accomplishment of SLA.
