The Rayf Life company was founded in December, 2014 and integrates development team of Cyball-VR - the device for immersion in virtual reality. Is based in St. Petersburg.

The founder and the project manager -Alexey Abrosov. In addition to him the physicist, the mathematician, the teacher at MSTU of N.E. Bauman Kirill Morozov and the engineer Anton Kozlowski became coauthors of the project.

The most part of people of a command – engineers, except for Pavel Nikolaev – he is a culturologist, but at the same time the experienced gamer, and to Adele Kadraliyeva - she is a lawyer, the director.

History of the company and project

At the beginning of 2014 Alexey Abrosov and two more team members were engaged in development of the website for travel across Russia and the CIS countries, having considered that offers of the Air BNB and Couchsurfing projects were not strongly popular in Russia. For launch of the website there was an issue of development of the new project - Cyball, and it was necessary to solve, or to invest money in development and promotion of the website, or to be engaged in Cyball creation. As a result the website passed into the background, and the command got to work that as it seemed more important and it is necessary presently, Alexey Abrosov told TAdviser.

The idea of creation of the machine of virtual reality arose while the founder of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg paid $ dollars 2 billion for the Oculus Rift project within which points of virtual reality were developed, Abrosov notes.

Virtual reality, in opinion Alexey Abrosova, can solve a large number of problems, but not those devices which are already presented at the market. Like those it cites the solutions Catwalk, virtuix Omni and Birdly as an example. In the first two mentioned devices of people can make only a limited number of usual actions, caring for to being entangled in the wires Oculus or other device, Abrosov considers. About Birdly he notes that here you will not be entangled in the wires, but it is intended only for wow - effect: it is interesting to feel a bird.

Cyball was a task not only to allow the user to use to the maximum usual movements, but also to provide it something new, for example simulation of a wingsuit, hang-glider or jump as in a matrix.

Almost in a year the model, and after and the first prototype was assembled. Developers experimented with materials, reducers, engines. The elementary exoskeleton on which sensors and a feedback were tested was built. It is possible to see it in the video.

In addition to an entertaining and trend part, the Cyball-VR system gives chance to improve life of physically disabled people or phobias. Technical the solution, any positions in space allowing to accept, together with an exoskeleton will help people to remember the forgotten emotions long ago. Whether it makes sense to the person with problems of a musculoskeletal system to move on the real city, using several batteries of accumulators whereas in the Cyball-VR system there are no problems with energy? The user will be able to select locations. Having connected simulation of climatic conditions, people which cannot go, already skates on roller-skaters, and he is blown by easy slightly wet breeze. Simulation of flight and accelerations gives chance to people with fear of height will cope with the experiences. Options can be much. The only thing that should be noticed, - we did not develop a medical exoskeleton, but provided the system of its fastening in Cyball-VR.
