Biography

Born June 10, 1976 in Zhitomir, Ukrainian SSR.

In 1998 she graduated from the All-Russian Correspondence Financial and Economic Institute with a degree in Finance and Credit.

In 2009, she underwent professional retraining at the Moscow Academy of State and Municipal Administration with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.
