2015: Svyazcom.SmartConnect

Svyazcom based on the platform Svyazcom.SmartConnect started at the end of 2015 service "Voice mail" in networks of the operator of Kar-Tel LLP (Beeline Kazakhstan).

Thanks to "Voice mail" subscribers who could not phone for the different reasons have an opportunity to leave a voice message. The operator, in turn, increases income from voice traffic, including interoperator calculations.

Set-up interval and other opportunities of the platform

For convenience of subscribers on the platform the set-up interval is provided: if the voice message is less than determined time (normally it is 2 or 3 seconds), then it will not be saved. The short voice message in 2 seconds, by our experience, most often is clicks, noise or other senseless sounds when the subscriber decided not to leave a voice message, but tarried and hung up not at once. Provide that there is no set-up interval. "Voice mail" saves this sound fragment, creates the SMS notification, sends it. The subscriber spends time for listening of silence (well or the intriguing noise as he will carry). Generally, a set-up interval — the useful function designed to increase convenience of use of service to subscribers.

To give identity to a voice mailbox, subscribers have an opportunity to write own greeting which will be lost to all not phoned and got on "Voice mail".

Subscribers listen to the received voice messages through the special IVR menu of service or having called the short number in SMS notification in circumvention of the menu.

If the voice message was not written, the platform supports an opportunity to notify on the passed calls. In the SMS number calling, date and time will be specified. Besides, advertizing or other data can be added to the text of any notifications of the platform.

The platform Svyazcom.SmartConnect is set at 8 operators of Russia, the CIS countries and Europe. Except "Voice mail" on its basis other useful services which help mobile operators to increase income from voice traffic, for example can be started: the promised payment, Voice Call Auto Callback, a call at the expense of the called party and many others.

2016: Svyazcom.IVR Portal

The Svyazcom company started information entertainment portal "Nastroyeniye" based on the IVR Portal platform at the largest telecom operator of Kazakhstan — Kcell (JSC Kcell).

For April, 2016 about 204 hours of voice content were listened, and these are more than two weeks (with breaks on a dream) good mood someone from subscribers of Kcell.
