Smirnov Alexander Anatolyevich

Was born in Aprelevka of the Moscow region.

• In 2006 graduated from the Russian State Social University majoring in of the Information scientist.
• In 2011 graduated from FSBEI of a Higher Professional Education \"The Russian academy of national economy and state. services under the President of the Russian Federation \" Economy and enterprise management
• From 2010 to 2013 worked in OOO \"Budget and Financial Technologies \" (BFT of IBS) as the project manager.
• From 2013 to 2014 the project manager worked in I-Teco at a position.
• In 2014 went to work in the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation

Within professional activity implemented projects:

• Creation of a regional e-government system of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol. Development of the complete solution providing electronic interdepartmental interaction and rendering state. and mun. services in subjects of KFO.
• Implementation of mechanisms of the simplified registration in the Unified identification and authentication system (Unified identification and authentication system).

• From March, 2016 to August, 2016 the Acting head of department of implementation of e-government systems of Development department of the electronic government of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.
• About August, 2016 till present is the Director of the department of information technologies of Institute of acceleration of economic development (Rybakov fund).
