Technology: BIM - Information modeling of buildings and constructions,  CAD

BinD is the complex of technology developments which is brought together from information modeling of BIM, technology of receiving three-dimensional model on the basis of the drawing of MinD, 3D-SAPR of Renga Architecture and KOMPAS-3D with customized applications[1].

On January 15, 2016 the ASCON company announced release of the integrated technology of information modeling of BinD. Information modeling of BIM, Renga Architecture and KOMPAS-3D was its part.

Working in a complex tools help to create architectural forms of any complexity and to provide with data the departments participating in project development.

Structure of a set of BinD:

The escalator in architectural project (2015)

By means of a complex of software products, the specialist who is responsible for an architectural part of the project can save drawings in the .dxf format and transfer them to related departments for further design of sanitary, technology and electrotechnical objects. Such approach gives the chance to the architect to work in the Architecture of ASAR using BIM technology to receive and make out the project documentation of AS and AR in a full compliance with the SPDS standards, and to suppliers, using MinD technology and drawings received from architects, to be engaged in further design of sections of OV, VK, ES/EM, TH, KM, KZh, GSN, NVK, SCS, RPE.

Integration of two CAD will help to implement architectural intentions: use a stucco molding, rail-posts, pilasters, capitals and other non-standard forms in the project or to export from KOMPAS-3D to Renga Architecture equipment elements, exterior/interior objects.

According to the statement of developers, use of a set of BinD will help the project organization to optimize process of interaction between departments, to reduce time for project development and to minimize number of the errors arising at design.
