Biography

Evgeny was born on August 20, 1967 in Khabarovsk.

In 1988 graduated from Kachinsky highest military aviation college.

In 1998 completed training in the Khabarovsk state academy of economy and the right.

In 1997 became the director of the Khabarovsk branch of JSC "Military Insurance Company" (MIC).

In 2002 worked as Far Eastern Federal District director of JSC Military Insurance Company (MIC).

From 2004 to 2012 held a position of the deputy CEO, head of the center of car insurance of JSC VSK.

Since 2012 worked as the deputy CEO of OSAO "RESO-Garantiya".

From 2007 to 2012 joined the board and presidium of the Russian Association of Motor Insurers (RAMI).

In 2010 headed committee of methodology of RSA.

In 2010 it is appointed the vice-chairman of the disciplinary commission of RSA.

In 2015 received a position of the chief executive of the union.

For February 11, 2016 Evgeny Vladimirovich of Ufa residents works as the chief executive of RSA.
