On September 24, 2013 the Smartengineering group announced project completion of upgrade of the distribution sections of network (DSN) of Belgorodenergo. The project orderer - JSC IDGC of Centre.

The customer set the task - to execute construction and commissioning of sections of RUS network of Belgorodenergo branch for Smartengineering group.

Work on the project

Executing terms of reference of JSC IDGC of Centre, performed Smartengineering:

• transfer of the equipment to the Krasnoyaruzhsky distribution zone;
• transfer of the equipment to the Yakovlevsky distribution zone;
• transfer of the equipment to the Chernyansky distribution zone, transfer of 3 optical crosses;
• transfer of the equipment to the Rakityansky distribution zone;
• laying of the fiber-optic communication line to the Volokonovsky distribution zone;
• razvarka of the branch sleeve and transfer of the equipment to the Volokonovsky distribution zone;
• dismantling of an old cable to the Volokonovsky distribution zone;
• laying of the fiber-optic communication line to the Veydelevsky distribution zone;
• razvarka of the branch sleeve and transfer of the equipment to the Veydelevsky distribution zone;
• dismantling of an old cable to the Veydelevsky distribution zone;
• laying of the fiber-optic communication line to the Korochansky distribution zone;
• razvarka of the branch sleeve and transfer of the equipment to the Korochansky distribution zone, transfer of 1 optical cross in Korochansky RUS.

Project Results

As a result of project implementation the customer received the upgraded data network with the increased characteristics of reliability.

Project of creation of command center of the Belgorod ES

On September 20, 2013 the Smartengineering group announced design and exploration work on creation of command center of the Belgorod electric networks. The project orderer - IDGC of Centre.

Project Tasks

IDGC of Centre set the tasks before Smartengineering:

• bring the level of telemechanization of objects into accord with requirements of industry and regulating documents;
• organize transfer of teleinformation necessary for management of the modes of power supply networks, with PS, RP and TP in a dispatcher station of the Belgorod electric networks;
• upgrade the system of collective display (to replace the existing mosaic board with modern means of collective display - the videowall on 42 video cubes;
• create a structured cabling system of SCS;
• upgrade the system of the guaranteed power supply;
• carry out re-planning of the existing placement to the dispatching hall with a conference room, service premises, etc.

Work on the project

According to the agreement, Smartengineering will prepare, will approve and will approve project documentation on an object as a part of which:

• system of collective display (SCD);
• operational managing information complex (OMIC);
• collecting of teleinformation in OUIK;
• upgrade of a network architecture;
• solutions on the organization of the automated jobs (AJ);.
• the systems of the guaranteed power supply;
• upgrade of power electric equipment and electric lighting;
• organization of lightning protection and grounding;
• upgrade of a heating system, ventilation and conditioning;
• construction works on architectural and constructional projects.

The project of supply of equipment for Tambovenergo

On September 23, 2013 the Smartengineering group announced project completion on supply of equipment and accomplishment construction and commissioning for Tambovenergo. The customer - JSC IDGC of Centre.

The customer set for Smartengineering group the task - to organize inter-chip digital links (high-speed optical lines of communication - the fiber-optic communication line) on section Rasskazovo-Kirsanov.

Work on the project

In the project progress the Smartengineering group used solutions:

• optical media converters of D-Link and optical multiplexers of Nateks FOM16L2 and FOM155L2 (for the organization of a system of communication / a transport network);
• flexible MMX12 multiplexers (for creation of an access network);
• the equipment AddPac ADD-AP700P (for order telephone communication);
• the equipment Cisco 2921w, CiscoWS-C3560-8PC-S, Cisco WS-C3560-24PS-S, CiscoWS-C2960-24Lt-L (for construction of a virtual network of communication of SPD).

Project Results

Carrying out tasks of project implementation, the Smartengineering group made:

• work on construction of the fiber-optic communication line on VL of 110 kV;
• supply of equipment and balancing and commissioning on the organization of a digital system of collecting and data transmission for fiber-optical communication channels;
• construction and installation of a fiber line of communication between and in localities: city of Rasskazovo, city of Kirsanov, village of Teleshovka, village of Kovylka; on the forest-steppe and on the agricultural land.

The implemented equipment allows Tambovenergo:

• use communication channels of substation and RESY for transfer on the top level of scheduling of telemetric and parametrical information from objects (in exchange protocols);
• execute telecontrol by the switching equipment of substations;
• organize an automatic telephone and conference circuit of substations with Tambovenergo using the IP telephony on the equipment Nateks VC-81-P VoiceCom;
• reserve channels by means of a flat optical ring.

The project of delivery and SMR in CCN of IDGC of Centre

On September 24, 2013 the Smartengineering group announced project completion on supply of equipment and accomplishment construction and commissioning on the organization of communication channels on 13 substations and in the Control Center (CC) by request of JSC IDGC of Centre.

Project Tasks

The customer set for Smartengineering group the task - to upgrade a data network for ensuring production requirements and a reserve on the future.

Project Results

Implementing the project, the Smartengineering group carried out:

• delivery of the channel-forming equipment, equipment of uninterrupted power supply (UPS), telecommunication cabinets, passive network equipment necessary for creation of communication channels of supplies, air-conditioning installation;
• construction and balancing and commissioning (assembly of telecommunication cabinets, leading of power supply and grounding, installation of active and passive network equipment, installation of the UPS, setup of communication channels, installation of a conditioning system).
