The Federal Treasury ordered the equipment and licenses for 300 million rubles

On February 12, 2016 it became known of purchase by Federal Treasury of the server hardware and licenses of protective software for the amount of 294 million rubles. The right to sign the delivery contract, installation and adjustment was won by Lanit company^[1].

Project conditions

The Federal Treasury summed up the tender results on supply of equipment and software licenses for upgrade of the infrastructure of information security of the portal systems.

The supplier was defined during the electronic auction with the starting price of lot of 300 million rubles. From them 78 million rubles were the share of licenses ~. The applicant needs to have the corresponding licenses of FSB and FSTEC.

It is necessary to LANIT-Integration company within 60 days after agreement signature to transfer to the customer of the license and to supply the equipment to a 200-day interval, to set and configure.

According to documents of tender, servers of nine types, detectors of the attacks of two types, the control center, the traffic coupler, the access server, the switch, the power distribution block, sets of retrofitting of the firewall (two types), retrofittings of an intrusion detection system (two types), retrofittings of a storage system, tape carriers will be included in the delivery of the equipment.

As a part of the list of delivery of software of the program:

• event managements (1 license),
• control and analysis of security,
• scannings,
• updates,
• protection of virtual infrastructure against unauthorized access (NSD),
• two types of data protection from NSD (sets on 20 and 90 licenses),
• control center (5 licenses),
• subscriber station (200),
• hypervisor on one processor of the server (65),
• management systems for the virtualization platform, cryptographic information protection (10),
• providing the entrusted communication session (5).
