Biography

In 1987 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A. Timiryazev.

In 1993 he graduated from the graduate school of the Department of Mathematical Methods of Economics Analysis, Faculty of Economics, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. Candidate of Economic Sciences (1994).

1. Internal audit of federal executive bodies: review of foreign experience and recommendations * for Russia

• Role: Performed on behalf of RECEP Year: 2004
• An analysis of foreign experience in the field of internal audit and proposals for Russian authorities has been carried out. It is proposed to distribute the functions of internal audit among the elements of the organizational structure of state departments.

2. Development of a system of indicators to measure the performance of public authorities

• Tasks: Collect data from different systems, transfer to Integration Environment, deliver data to different systems. Integrable systems: 1C, LMS Moodle, ASU Educational Process Management, Antiplagiarism Services, IS TRUTH MSU, AIS Student, AIS Applicant, Moscow Social Register and a number of other systems. A master data management system has been created, a personal account has been created for users, which supplies aggregated data from different systems.
