"Sanofi Russia" upgraded a booking system of meeting rooms

On February 15, 2016 Softline announced upgrade of a booking system of meeting rooms at the central office Sanofi in Russia.

Project Task

Corporate standards of Sanofi company require rational use of the available resources. It assumes use of different technical means of automation. For effective use of office space in Sanofi made the decision on upgrade of service of armoring of meeting rooms at the Moscow office.

Production "Sanofi-Aventis East" (2014)

The project supposed equipment of each meeting room the touch display on which real time, hours of the beginning and the end of a meeting is displayed.

As the IT partner selected Softline company. The customer gave preference to a booking system of conference rooms Evoko Room Manager.

Work progress

In the project specialists of Softline executed delivery and installation of equipment. Set Evoko Room Manager at fifty meeting rooms.

Project Results

Staff of the Moscow office of Sanofi company can quickly obtain information on a status of rooms - the premises who and when armored it are free or occupied. In addition, the solution is synchronized with technical supports of the company and users can send a signal of the arisen fault of office equipment from a device panel.

The equipment which was mounted by specialists of Softline at office of Sanofi company will help the customer to simplify corporate interaction and also will reduce time which employees spend on search and armoring of meeting rooms.
