On February 15, 2016 the company BFT announced start of The Budget for Citizens portal in the territory of the city of Surgut by request city administration. In the project technologies "ADC-Planning" and "ADC-Finance" are used.
Purpose of the project
The Budget for Citizens portal of the city of Surgut is focused on search and obtaining information on municipal finance. Citizens can obtain the complete information about the composed the budget and its formation, budget implementation bases, the purposes, the industries and volumes of expenditure of budgetary funds. This information is designed to make budget process of the city of Surgut public, available and clear for citizens.
Project Results
The informational portal "The Budget for Citizens" is open to the address budget.admsurgut.ru. At the heart of a network resource the solution of BFT "ATsK-Otkryty the budget" works, contains data on budget process of Surgut, in an available form for the population.
Data on the portal are automatically loaded from the schedule systems set in Finance department of Administration of Surgut and budget implementation ("ADC-Planning" and "ADC-Finance" respectively) and displayed in the form of tables, charts and diagrams.
