A3 Service A3 SSM Service Suppliers Management platform

Information system A3 Service Suppliers Management was developed by Atrinity company (enters into the Asteros group) for increase in process performance of control and monitoring of warranty and service obligations of subcontract organizations, registration of incidents, processing of requests and performance monitoring of suppliers of services.

Unlike similar products of foreign developers, A3 SSM allows to keep electronic specifications with a possibility of a binding to them of service requests, standard requests and scheduled works. Important feature of the solution are instruments of control of obligations not only internal operational divisions, but also the external servicing organizations. The detailed reporting, in turn, provides operational identification of violations performed by contracts and carrying out necessary restructuring.

"Automation of control of execution of the public service contracts is one of key tasks within development of the electronic government, – Nikolay Ogurtsov, the product area director of practice of ITM comments. – Creation of full control function by service providers requires temporary and monetary investments, and in the small organizations can become economically not justified. We developed the solution which allows state companies and departments to control and analyze success of implementation of service contracts at all stages for increase in efficiency of contractor interaction, decrease in resource and finance costs. We offer implementation of 'turnkey' A3 SSM that provides the built service processes, centralized operation with interaction of their participants, a common information space for operational acceptance of management decisions and the round-the-clock dispatching support".

The resolution on inclusion of developments of Atrinity in the Unified register of the Russian software is accepted on the basis of the decision of Expert advice on the Russian software at the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation of November 16, 2016. Service A3 platform and solutions on its basis are recognized conforming to requirements, stipulated in Item 5 rules of formation and maintaining the unified register of the Russian programs for the electronic computers and databases approved by order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1236 "About establishment of prohibition on the admission of the software coming from the foreign states for the purposes of implementation of purchases for ensuring the state and municipal needs" of November 16, 2015. Orders of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation on inclusion of the solutions "A3 Service Platform" in the Register are signed on December 14, 2016.

The Register includes all solutions of a line A3:

• "Service A3 platform" – the software product focused on automation of all types of activity in the field of operation and service maintenance of the equipment, the engineering systems, the real estate, IT infrastructure and also other object types.
• Basic solution A3 Service Desk is calculated IT services of the companies which have a need for service of the business activity – from purchase of stationery and repair of office equipment before service of utilities.
• A3 Facility Management is applied on objects of commercial and office real estate. In addition to automation of operation and service, this solution provides reliable electronic interaction of the owner of the real estate and tenants.
• A3 Workforce Management represents the automation system of management of field engineers within which control of activity of service or operational crews online using a geolocation is exercised.

The Asteros group in March, 2016 for the first time showed possibilities of a domestic product of A3 Service Suppliers Management (A3 SSM) for public sector at the IT Government DAY 2016 conference which was organized by the business TAdviser portal together with the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation). The main objective of an action – providing to customers and suppliers of the platform for discussion of new opportunities of development of IT systems and also perspectives of creation of the digital government till 2020. During the conference public discussion of provisions of the System project of the Electronic Government (EG) till 2020 which in prepares the Ministry of communications and communications of Russia took place.

The product family of A3, created by a command of Atrinity, has potential in the field of process automation of operation and service maintenance of the equipment, the engineering systems, IT infrastructures on industrial enterprises, objects of a commercial real estate and in multifunction complexes. The platform is scaled, supports integration with different information systems (1C CRM GIS monitoring, etc.) and also gives an opportunity for work through mobile application on devices under management iOS and Android.

Important components of service A3 platform for consumers are "shop of services" where each user can order necessary service and also the selected dispatching center giving technical support of 24/7 employees. A system is in a phase of active development and should provide as a result access for staff of Atrinity more than to 45 services provided by internal and external services. The platform is used for rendering services to the first stage (first line) which enter IT support of internal users, the organization of business trips, the order of business cards and instruments of feedback coupling for collecting of suggestions for improvement of business processes of the company.
