System implementation of "Personnel records and payroll" based on SAP HCM in four Territorial Banks of JSC Sberbank of Russia

Project Objective:

  • Standardization, unification and process optimization and procedures of personnel records and payroll of Sberbank of Russia;
  • Transfer of processes of personnel records and payroll of Sberbank of Russia to the single automated platform;
  • Standardization of the solution during pilot replication for the purpose of decrease in labor costs on the subsequent replication in territorial banks. It includes:

  • Optimization of the solution (developments and settings) in terms of flexible parametrization and adaptation for the subsequent circulations.
  • Adaptation and process description of replication, including templates of the project documentation and development of approaches and tools for acceleration and decrease in labor costs of process of replication.
  • Development of technology of management of the Sample solution for preserving of integrity and stability of operation, the centralized solution taking into account development and accomplishment of necessary changes and additions of functional solutions.

Organizational scope:

Organizational framework of the project includes four Territorial Banks of JSC Sberbank of Russia:

  • Central Russian Bank;
  • Central Chernozem Bank;
  • North Caucasian Bank;
  • Northern Bank.

Functional volume:

  • Management of working time (PT),
  • Payroll (PY),
  • Management of remunerations (SM),
  • Portal functionality (ESS/MSS),
  • Analytical reporting (BW),
  • Integration with a system into the core banking system based on IBSO and also the module Management of Business Trips (FI-TV).

Project Features:

During the project in addition to works on replication in 4 TB it is required to develop a document package, allowing to minimize costs and to provide high efficiency at further replication of the solution EASUP in other TB:

  • The concept of replication of a system in TB is developed;
  • All necessary document templates necessary at replication of a system are developed;
  • The standard solution of data migration from the historical systems is developed/is finished;
  • The standard plan of replication is developed;
  • The standard structure of a project team at replication with the description of roles, functionality and the carried-out tasks is developed;
  • All necessary instructions are developed for a project team;
  • Forms (Remote, internal) and types (A webinar, Scorm rate, etc.) for user training are defined;
  • Standard training programs are developed;
  • Are developed training materials as users, and for support services in TB (are updated);
  • All required materials are developed for carrying out organizational changes;
  • The standard technical solutions allowing to minimize labor costs at further replication of a system are developed and implemented; other documents and technical solutions necessary for creation of standard replication of a system.

Project Result:

  • The technique of replication of a system in TB is developed and applied;
  • A system is finished according to the approved register of changes to the Corporate prototype of Bank;
  • A system is brought into commercial operation in four Territorial banks of JSC Sberbank of Russia;
  • In a project deliverable the solution on integration of a System into the core banking system based on IBSO is developed and implemented;
  • In a project deliverable the solutions on "management of temporary data" and "management of remunerations" required completion are implemented;
  • The management, analytical reporting based on SAP BW is developed.
