On February 18, 2016 the Gravity company announced project completion on creation of a uniform guidance loop incidents, requests and tasks in TD of Intertorg.
Project Progress
As the platform it is used by software of OMNINET company - Omnitracker ITSM Center.
The active changes happening in the company in connection with opening of new outlets and expansion of geographical presence of retail chain stores and also need of compliance to the changing requirements of business, demanded from IT service of acceptance of the necessary measures aimed at providing effective mechanisms of user support. As a result we made the decision to formalize processing rules of requests of users and to create the uniform automated control system for IT services integrated into business processes of the company. By this moment we pass the first stage connected with incident management process automation, requests and tasks, and I can tell with confidence that the received results completely meet our expectations. Now we work on further development of the project in terms of increase in a scope of processes of management of IT services and transfer of other service divisions at work in the created system. Project Results
More than 400 shops of retail chain stores of SPAR, 7Ya family and the idea will be serviced within a common information space of the centralized IT service TD of Intertorg now.
Project implementation helped TD of Intertorg to improve controllability network maintenance of shops and at the same time to optimize housekeeping overheads.
