Biography

Education

In 2012 he graduated from Tambov State University named after G.R. Derzhavin with a degree in Applied Informatics.

Career

Working in the field of IT since 2013, he implemented enterprise automation projects, led IT departments as the head of the IT department.

From 2013 to 2017, he led his career at the Federal State Unitary Enterprise UVO of the Ministry of Transport of Russia, having gone from a leading engineer to the head of the information technology department. During the work, he implemented the following projects:

• electronic document management system;
• automated information system of the Situation Center; own development on the 1C platform: Enterprise;
• general base of contracts and debt control; own development on the 1C platform: Enterprise;
• system; video conferencings Polycom
• GIS of vehicle monitoring - GLONASS JSC;
• IT Infrastructure Manager and Service Desk - in-house development (based on GLPI).

In 2017, he joined the team JSC GLONASS as head of service providers, where, as of August 2018, he is implementing the Commercial Portal project.

Since 2019, he headed the information technology department of VTB Real Estate LLC.

Titles and awards

During his work in the UVO, the Ministry of Transport of Russia had incentives from the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, the General Director of the UVO of the Ministry of Transport of Russia.
