Cooperation Agreement with LANIT-Terkom

IT- the company LANIT-TERKOM"" (part of the group) LANIT Tambovsky state and the University named after G.R. Derzhavin (TSU) signed an agreement on cooperation on the technical educational programs of the university and the project "Digital Department." The parties have planned and already held a number of joint events for students. LANIT announced this on April 6, 2023.

Within the framework of the partnership, LANIT-TERKOM experts share with students of various areas of training the subtleties of development in real production conditions, conduct master classes and seminars on the practical use of technologies that are studied at the university, and act as mentors during training tasks and working out independent solutions.

Master classes from top managers and leading specialists of the company are also held at the digital department of the university - a joint project of the Ministry of Digital Science and the Ministry of Education and Science, in which the winning universities of the Priority-2030 program participate. The project is designed to acquaint students with additional specialties in the framework of training and talk about employment opportunities in Russian IT companies.

Students of Derzhavinsky University can also become participants in intensities for beginners on their way to IT - student projects and summer school "LANIT-TERKOM." Training and immersion in the professional environment takes place under the guidance of mentors - leading specialists of the company in conditions as close as possible to real design ones. Such training programs are implemented on an ongoing basis and provide the necessary level of knowledge and skills to start working in IT enterprises in all areas in demand by the industry. More than 200 young professionals participate in the company's student intakes each year.
