Softline implemented the Skype for Business system in PSN Group

Softline in February, 2016 objyavlit about project completion on system implementation of corporate communication on the basis of Skype for Business for PSN Group. As a result the customer received the solution for effective working communication of employees with a possibility of demonstration of visual materials.

"PSN group" works more than 15 years at the real estate market and is one of the largest private companies in Russia specializing in development, real estate administration and land assets. For years of work PSN Group successfully implemented projects in Moscow and St. Petersburg with a total area more than 435,000 sq.m. In the closest plans of the company to continue to implement the large-scale developer program: for the beginning of 2016 in a portfolio of developer projects of the company – more than 2 million sq.m of a residential and commercial real estate. One of the key directions "PSN Groups" is real estate administration. At the moment the total amount of the living and commercial spaces in Moscow and St. Petersburg which are under control of the company is 740,000 sq.m. Also PSN Group manages land assets with a total area more than 40,000 hectares which are located in the direction of the main highways of the Moscow region.

Representations in Moscow and St. Petersburg which employees constantly interact concerning joint projects are a part of PSN Group. Besides, the company involves architects and designers from Italy, Holland and England which had to come often to Russia for discussion of working questions earlier. Communication between geographically distributed offices was carried out using Skype. This software did not guarantee reliability of communication therefore the decision on transition of head office of the company to the system of the corporate level - Skype for Business was made.

To perform work on implementation the Softline company which proved the examination in the previous joint projects with PSN Group was selected.

At the first stage engineers of Softline designed a solution architecture and defined the mechanism of its consolidation with the existing telephone system. After they unrolled Skype for Business, carried out integration with the system of automatic telephone exchange based on Avaya and put a system into operation.

Specialists of Softline performed classification and marking of traffic of a system of the joint communications for accomplishment of policy of service quality in network. "Integration with the IP telephony system allowed to create conferences using landline and mobile phones thanks to what Skype for Business can be used as the full-fledged communication medium", - the Arkhangelsk Mikhail, the head of group of department of infrastructure solutions of Microsoft of Softline company told about project results.

After system implementation of corporate communications specialists of Softline provided training of staff of IT department of the customer in its support and management.

Now the staff of PSN Group can hold conferences, connecting the participants who are in different offices on objects, in business trips. Demonstration of a desktop allows to make changes in documents in real time that minimizes costs for approval and discussion of works.
