2017: RFID tags Angstrem for fur passed tests in Goznak
JSC Angstrem received in March, 2017 the positive decision from JSC Goznak about carrying out tests of RFID tags for fur. During tests angstremovsky radio tags showed high strength and resistance to influence of external factors: temperature, mechanical, chemical, humidity. The expected supply rate of RFID tags for the fur industry on domestic market can be 2.5 million pieces a year.
Within the project on creation of a single system of goods marking all fur products should be marked by the control identification tags (CIT) containing the built-in radio-frequency tag (RFID).
Angstrem developed and transferred to testing samples of RFID tags for fur to JSC Goznak. Tags passed all tests, are recognized suitable for production of products of the control identification tag and also completely meet technical requirements on a tag for radio frequency identification.
Angstremovsky tags allow to keep account of the marked products, provide protection against counterfeit and also contain data on origin and the movement of fur products.
Radio-frequency tags of production Angstrem with operating frequency of HF 865-868mgts have the broad range of working temperatures and also have resistance to influence of external factors. Range of reading is not less than 3 meters. The antenna of 34х14 mm in size is the cornerstone of a RFID tag.
Production capacities Angstrem allow to release RFID tags in large volume. Tags can be delivered as on a glue, and beskleevy basis.
2016
The first batch of RFID tags from "NIIME and Mikron"
At the beginning of 2016 JSC NIIME i Mikron, the Russian producer of integrated microcircuits and RFID products entering into industry holding JSC RTI (AFK "Sistema") within the project of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) on creation of the Single system of goods marking Federal State Unitary Enterprise Goznak delivered a batch of RFID tags for marking of fur products in number of 120 thousand pieces. In total till April 1, 2016 Mikron is going to make within the project 200 thousand tags of own development and production.
Mikron developed for participation in this project and mastered several special RFID tags meeting the requirements of the customer in serial production. Tags of Micron work in the UHF range, conform to ISO standards 18000-63, ISO/IEC 18000-63:2013, ISO/IEC 29160, have the automatic mode of simultaneous reading of a large number of the purposes at distance to 9 meters.
Concerns of sellers concerning increase in prices because of chipping of fur coats
Seasonal sales of fur coats in the spring of 2016 went more actively than former: sellers tried to sell goods not to chipirovat it. Since April 1, 2016 in Russia and other countries of EEU the pilot project on which all fur coats, sheepskin coats and headdresses from fur should be supplied with the special RFID chip which will allow to trace "lifecycle" of goods started. This measure should protect the market from counterfeit import which share in the Russian market reaches by data "the Kommersant. Money" up to 80%. The agreement on chipping of fur products was signed within the Eurasian Economic Union and will concern all entrepreneurs – participants of the market of fur products[1].
The Perm sellers say that it will lead to increase in prices for fur products, but differ in estimates. In the management of Fur Fair shop consider that fur coats will grow in price approximately for 40%, Damla shops are even more categorical in forecasts — expect increase in prices by 2-3 times.
"The chip not expensive, costs much the equipment. It is difficult to assume as far as the price of fur products will grow, but to all appearances to dare to purchase a fur coat not everyone will be able. Will be as in the 90th years when only wealthy people could buy a fur coat" — said in Fur Fair shop.
The fundamental obligation to chipirovat fur products will lay down on shoulders of producers.
"Now there are active sales, but it is impossible to sell out the range for 100%. Entrepreneurs will need to prochipirovat a remaining balance independently within six months, i.e. by October" — explained in "A fur fair"[2].
Project implementation of chipping of fur products raises questions at sellers — its regulatory base is not approved yet. It is expected that information campaign with the instruction for chipping of products starts in March. According to "The Russian fur and fur union", on February 18, 2016 the Government of the Russian Federation introduced to the State Duma the federal law draft "About ratification of the Agreement on implementation in 2015 - 2016 of a pilot project on goods marking introduction by control signs on a goods item "Articles of clothing, belongings to clothes and other products, from natural fur". The order of the Government of the Russian Federation will be signed and published right after adoption of law by the State Duma which is expected in the nearest future. Right after signing will earn the website of a system of marking.
2015: Agreement signature about chipping of products from fur in the EEU countries
The agreement on carrying out a pilot project of marking of products from fur the RFID tags confirming legality of stay them in turnover was signed with heads of governments of the countries of the Eurasian economic council in September, 2015. System implementation since April, 2016 should provide a possibility of tracking of the movement of authentic goods at all stages: from production or import to the EEU territory until sale to the end buyer. By estimates of the minister of trade of the Eurasian economic commission Andrey Slepnev, marking introduction only for fur products (the counterfeit in this market occupies 80-90%) will increase fiscal revenues in the community countries by $500 million a year. The size of the market of fur products of Russia is about 2.5 million units of production.
Within the Single system goods are marked by the national control identification tag (KIZ) which meets requirements imposed to forms of the strict accounting. KIZ consists of polygraphicly protected form and a radio-frequency tag (RFID). The RFID tag as a part of KIZ will allow to keep the general account of the marked products, will provide additional protection of the form against counterfeit, will contain information on the history of origin and movement of a fur product and also a unique identifier of the label. The issuer of the Russian KIZ defined Federal State Unitary Enterprise Goznak - the largest Russian producer of the protected products.
