Purchase of licenses of Oracle for 87.5 million rubles

On August 28, 2014 the Moscow City Department of Competition Policy summed up the auction results on delivery of the software of databases for needs of the Moscow Department of Finance^[1]. DIT of Moscow acted as the customer of purchase.

Within delivery licenses for Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, Oracle Partitioning, Oracle Diagnostics pack, Oracle Tuning pack, Oracle Web Logic Suite, etc. and also certificates of technical support were required. Delivery should be performed within 10 days from the date of signing of the contract which initial cost was 88.782 million rubles.

2 companies - Avilex and FORS group participated in an auction. The victory was won by Avilex company, having suggested to execute the contract for 87.450 million rubles.

Purchase of licenses of Oracle for 150.4 million rubles

On May 20, 2014 the Moscow City Department of Competition Policy summed up the auction results on the right of the conclusion of the public contract to delivery of the software of databases for needs of executive authorities of the city of Moscow^[2]. DIT of Moscow acted as the customer of purchase.

Within delivery licenses for the solutions Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, Oracle Partitioning, Oracle Diagnostics Pack, Oracle Tuning Pack, Oracle Web Logic Suite, Oracle SOA Suite for Oracle Middleware were required for capital authorities, etc. Besides, delivery of certificates of technical support on specified by software was necessary.

The starting price of the contract was 150.4 million rubles.

Auction participation applications were submitted by the companies "Avilex" and "NUCLEAR HEATING PLANT". The Avilex company which suggested to satisfy all terms of the contract for 148.9 million rubles was recognized the winner.
