2021: Replenishment of the list of co-owners

On February 1, 2021 Avilex Group announced TAdviser that Andrey Korobov, the CEO Yakut Fuel and energy company of PJSC " and managing partner of the producer of complex fertilizers Almaz group heading interbranch holding "RT – Business development" (Rostec Group "), purchased 50% in the companies of group Avilex. Changes in structure of top management are not planned.

Within the transaction which went from September to October, 2020 and it is complete on January 15, 2021, Avilex LLC and Prodzhekt Sapport LLC passed under control of the YuBF holding representing the interests of founders, and JSC Didzhital Aktiv of Korobov. According to Korobov, JSC Didzhital Aktiv purchased 50% of Avilex LLC and Prodzhekt Sapport LLC at A.P. Buslov, S.V. Fokin and YuBF LLC. Within the same transaction Sergey Uryadov who owns 68% of holding now became the controlling owner of "YuBF" and the managing partner of Group.

Korobov specified that the compulsory subsequent procedures provided by contractual documentation on the transaction are complete on January 28, 2021.

Shareholders consider that examination of Avilex Group can receive application in the oil and gas industry where the need for company services on complex digitalization, business process automation, creation of the centers of storage and data processing, predictive analytics, dispatching offices and situational centers promptly grows.

According to Korobov, during the first half of 2021 updating of strategy of Group within which we will define the key directions of development for three years is planned. The group does not open financial forecasts.

Development of the company in recent years and last transaction confirm steadily growing demand of large corporations and government institutions for complex digitalization, and in particular on services Avilex. Partnership with mister Korobov, in our opinion, will allow group to diversify the customer base and to introduce the fresh managerial approaches necessary for multiple growth, noted Sergey Uryadov, the managing partner Avilex.

Restructuring of ownership of group is complete on January 15, 2021. The transaction was financed by own and borrowed funds of buyers, its amount does not reveal.
