Content

On March 21, 2016 the Central Electoral Commission of the copy and printing equipment knew of the project of delivery to the amount of 517 million rubles. The supplier - Croc[1].

Project Task

The Russian Central Election Commission will buy 3.9 thousand multi-function printers (MFPs) with functions of copying and printing.

According to terms of reference of tender, the CEC the same devices for scanning and black-and-white printing of documents of A3 format with the resolution not less than 600 dots per inch are required. Among technical requirements there is an existence not less than one network the adapter Ethernet, but at the same time not to have the built-in program technical means of wireless access (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.).

In the delivery of the MFP disks with drivers for support of OS Microsoft Windows 7 and not mentioned distribution kit are obligatory Linux.

Tender

The procedure of the choice of the supplier was carried out in the form of an auction by the Federal center of informatization at the CEC. Four integrators took part in official biddings. At the starting price of lot of 583.6 million Lanit offered 563.2 million rubles, to I-Teco — 522.320 million rubles, "Tekhnoprogress" and Croc — 517.1 million rubles. The request of the last arrived on an auction earlier therefore Croc was recognized won.

It is supposed what Croc will deliver copy and printing technology of production of Ricoh company in the CEC.

Project Progress

Delivery date - 90 calendar days of date of signing of the contract. During this time the contractor is obliged to report the MFP to divisions of the CEC in Moscow and Moscow area, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Krasnodar, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Samara, Ufa, Novosibirsk, Angarsk and Khabarovsk.
