Avaya Breeze (Avaya Engagement Development Platform) is the platform for application development, embedding of communication functions in applications and the processes supported by them.

On March 25, 2016 the Avaya company provided a development environment of the integrated corporate applications on the Avaya Aura platform.

The intuitive, not requiring specialized knowledge and skills Avaya Breeze offers complete approach to opportunities of communications of contact center. Application development for unified communications and contact centers can be executed taking into account communication flows and needs of employees now, without being afraid of incompatibility of technologies. For application creation it is possible to use ready software modules of Snap-in from different suppliers to reduce terms and cost of development.

For example, the module for search in the database can be integrated with the Avaya Breeze application and with other module providing integration with a cloud. Automatic generation of invitations for participation in video conference on the basis of events or records and sending this invitation to the user on his account in a cloud is as a result possible.

For March 25, 2016 the modules Snap-in are developed for speech analysis in real time, for distribution of tasks by customer interaction, for storage of large volumes of data and telephone calls from the browser on WebRTC technology. Besides, applications can be developed using simple drag and drop of elements on the screen

The Avaya Aura environment allows to integrate technologies of unified communications and function of contact center (including a voice communication, video conference, text messages and e-mail) into the existing or new applications. Upgrade of the social, mobile and cloud applicaions providing accomplishment of the main business processes by means of a set of communication opportunities is supported. The platform for application development simplifies these tasks.
