The Central Bank of MBU of the city of Murmansk automated financial and economic activity of cultural institutions

On April 12, 2016 the company Parus announced implementation in municipal budgetary "The centralized accounting on service of organizations of committee on the culture of city administration of Murmansk" institution software "PARUS is the Budget 8" on the platform of which financial and economic activity, accounting (budget) accounting, registration of personnel and the staff list, payroll and payments of services of organizations is automated.

Project Results

In the single database specialists of accounting, personnel, settlement and economical departments work (all – 32 jobs). As a result of system implementation "PARUS is the Budget 8" the efficiency of the centralized accounting servicing 18 municipal authorities of culture of the city of Murmansk grew.

Action in the field of culture with participation of city administration of Murmansk (2015)

A system prepares all regulated and any reporting. The automated data exchange with external systems is implemented: transfer of any financial and economic, statistical and management reporting of Committee on the culture of city administration  of Murmansk and each separate organization as a part of department is provided.

The information system completely considers specifics of activity of the centralized accounting of social department. Use of the PARUS-the Budget 8 platform allows to process critically large volumes of data quickly.
