"Century of Nominative - International" automated accounting

On April 5, 2016 it became known of the project of automation of accounting in JSC V. I. P.-international. The project was implemented by 1C-Rarus company. In the project software 1C: Accounting PROF is used.

Project Progress

Automation of accounting of a workplace of the cashier in JSC V. I. P.-INTERNATIONAL company is executed using software "1C-Rarus: Cashier. Edition 3" (status 1C: Compatible) of a system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8".

In "Century of Nominative — INTERNATIONAL" hotel (2013)

The application solution has the flexible system of settings allowing to change over a wide range settings of accounting of goods for the different directions of trade:

• by tsveto-dimensional characteristics for the outlets focused on sale of clothes, footwear, accessories, goods for sport and active holiday;
• on serial numbers for shops of home appliances, electronics;
• on series for drugstores, pharmaceutical booths and the enterprises activity which it is directed to sale of medicines and the medical equipment.

Main functionality of the program:

• System management of discounts and margins

• Appointment at the same time to two discount types: on a goods item in the check and for all check entirely.
• Copulative conditions of providing discounts (any combinations are possible): the discount card (or group of cards), the selected goods (or group of goods), property of the nomenclature, quantity of the purchased goods, the amount of the check, initial and final time of action, a day of the week.
• The discount can be manual or appointed automatically, absolute or relative and can have sign of replacement (a priority before other discounts).

• Retail sales

• A design of retail sales of goods and services using a retail store equipment.
• Connection to the system of authorization of cashless payments on bank cards.
• Accounting of the provided discounts and allowances.
• Execution of the procedural cash reporting.
• Management of access rights to cash functions.
• A possibility of payment of purchase up to 5 types of different payments: cash, credit cards, coupons / coupons, the loan agreement, at the expense of an institution.
• Design of return of goods by buyers.

• Procedural reporting

• Sales reports at retail, to providing discounts and gifts, number of sales by selling assistants, movement of cash and non-cash and other reports.

Specialists 1C-Rarus held the program presentation. After demonstration the decision on acquisition of the program is made.
