"Universum" stopped being the co-owner of Neural Networks company

Since June, 2016 100% in the company the Neural systems belong to its CEO Leonid Vinokurov.

The founder of Digital Design stopped being the co-owner Universum

In June, 2016 the founder and the chairman of the board of directors of Digital Design Andrey Fedorov stopped being the owner of 33.3% of a share Universum. Fedorov's share took over the company.

In Digital Design on a request of TAdviser refused to comment on the transaction.

Appearance of the controlling co-owner

In May, 2016 the CEO Universum Vadim Moskalenko became the controlling co-owner of the company, follow from information in the USRLE. It possesses 66.7% of the company.

In the 2000th Moskalenko worked as the CEO of the belonging Russian Railway of OCVR company and the Deputy Chief information officer of the Russian Railway Alexey Illarionov who left the post in November, 2015.

Vadim Moskalenko took Universum company under control

Since July, 2015 Moskalenko owned 33.3% Universum. The founder of Digital Design Andrey Fedorov and the ex-employee of the belonging Russian Railway of the Transinform company, the ex-CEO of Coreinfotech company Sergey Kochetkov had similar shares

As of May, 2016 Fedorov remains the owner of 33.3% Universum, and Kochetkov is not among founders of the company.

Change of the CEO

In April, 2016 the CEO's post Universum was held by one of co-owners of this company Vadim Moskalenko, having replaced other co-owner - Sergey Kochetkov.

Purchase of Antares Software

In March, 2016 Universum purchased 65% in the Antares Software company which is engaged in outsourcing software development for mobile platforms.

Among clients of Antares Software there is a Russian Railway, the founder of the company Dmitry Tsymbal and also "Yandex" and VGTRK said in an interview earlier.

Revenue of Antares Software in 2014 made 29.9 million rubles, net loss - 90 thousand rubles.

The Maykor company was the controlling shareholder of Antares Software in 2013-2015. Just before sale to Universum control belonged to the Compulink group.

In July, 2015 the owner of 33.3% Universum became the ex-CEO of the belonging Russian Railway of OCVR company Vadim Moskalenko.

According to the USRLE, Moskalenko became the owner of the share which was earlier belonging to Dmitry Trostnikov.

Acquisition of RusBI Systems and "Neural systems"

In August, 2015 Universum became the owner of RusBI Systems companies, SAP specializing in product introduction, and "The neural systems", the contractor of the Russian Railway on IBM Maximo implementation.

As the previous owners of RusBI "The neural systems", the ex-employee of the Russian Railway Igor Bogomolov and Mikhail Kornaukhov, the CEO and the co-owner of Intellex which was also the contractor of the Russian Railway acted.

RusBI Systems revenue in 2014 made 170.6 million rubles, net profit - 47.1 million rubles.

"The neural systems" before entry into the list of its owners of Universum company, belonged to Mikhail Kornaukhov and Andrey Mikhaylov who as of May, 2016 works as the CEO TransIT.

For 30% "The neural systems" as of May, 2016 belong to her CEO Leonid Vinokurov, the former CEO of the belonging Russian Railway of OCVR IT company.

Revenue of "The neural systems" in 2014 made 149.7 million rubles, net profit - 10.8 million rubles.

Acquisition "TransIT

In December, 2014 Universum became the owner of the TransIT company which was engaged in development and maintenance of a number of information systems of the Russian Railway, in particular, of the new system of distribution of railway services "Express-5".

Revenue TransIT in 2014 made 218 million rubles, net profit - 79.3 million rubles.

Creation of the company

In November, 2014 the co-owner of Digital Design Andrey Fedorov, the ex-employee of the belonging Russian Railway of the Transinform company, the ex-CEO of Coreinfotech company Sergey Kochetkov and also a certain Dmitry Vladimirovich Trostnikov acted as founders of Universum company. Each of cofounders owned a share of 33.3%.
