Ural financial house (Diasoft FA Balance)

In JSB Uralsky finansovy dom the project of complex control automation by personnel and business activities based on the Diasoft FA# Balance software product developed by Diasoft company started. JSB Uralsky finansovy dom is the largest independent universal bank of Perm Krai. The project of automation is caused by the increased business requirements to the existing personnel management system and business activities of Bank, expansion of its functionality and need of improvement of technologies of work.

The project started on October 26, 2009. Within the project it is going to automate the following tasks: personnel recruitment; registration of personnel; payroll; inventory control; accounting of OS and intangible assets; settlings with advance holders; calculation of reserves; accounting of property according to IFRS; document flow; preparation of the reporting in regulating authorities.
