Integration solution of a system of informing passengers of the international airport "Sheremetyevo". it is created jointly by the companies "LANIT-Integration" and LANTER (enter into group LANIT). It represents the information booth with function of a video call. As a hardware platform the equipment Avaya which not only conforms to all technical requirements of the customer is selected, but also gives ample opportunities for further scaling. The similar systems are at many airports of the world (for example, c Munich), but for our country it is absolutely new product.

The Russian airports are equipped with standard information booths at which an opportunity to contact contact center by means of a video call is not provided. Meanwhile, this solution provides not only high-quality communication with the operator, but also a number of additional functions which do communication by more productive: scanning of documents, printing of tickets, etc.

Upgrade of a system of informing passengers is initiated within preparation of infrastructure of the airports for the forthcoming FIFA World Cup of 2018. During operation exhibitions at the stand of LANIT specially trained employee of contact center of the Sheremetyevo airport which demonstrated to visitors system operation at work resided. All categories of citizens, including physically disabled people can use this solution.

The group of LANIT in 2017-2018 implemented a number of projects for the benefit of the transport industry. The largest - terminal B and interterminal transition of Sheremetyevo Airport with a unique two-kilometer tunnel with the rolling stock for passengers and a continuous luggage system. It in the automatic mode delivers baggage from the North to the South of the airport. The feature of the project is that for the first time in world practice laying of tunnels for a similar system was performed under the operating runways.

Specialists of the company organized high-speed wireless access of Wi-fi in interterminal transition, automated parkings of aircrafts, started an end-to-end system of video recognition of incidents of violation of security and accounting of a passenger traffic. In total during the project the staff of LANIT implemented 70 systems.
