Softline protected personal data of the Uniform forest fire center of the Arkhangelsk region

Softline announced in May, 2016 project completion on creation of a system of personal data protection for the Public autonomous institution of the Arkhangelsk region "Uniform forest fire center". As a result the customer received the functional system ensuring safety of information according to requirements of the current legislation.

GAU of the Arkhangelsk region "The uniform forest fire center" performs monitoring and suppression of wildfires on lands of the public forest foundation, carries out forestry and landscape and reforestation works, is engaged in fire-prevention arrangement of the woods, cultivation of landing material.

According to the current legislation, the organizations which are engaged in personal data processing should provide high degree of their security. IT specialists of "The uniform forest fire center" were faced by a problem of upgrade of an information security system at the main office of the organization and 12 of its divisions.

Specialists of Softline conducted examination of an information system of the customer and simulated security risks. For increase in level of protection of a confidential information and a local network, hardware and software systems "S-terra CSP VPN Gate" and "Sable" were delivered and configured. For the purpose of prevention of unauthorized access to a system and detection of vulnerabilities, on servers it was installed to software SecretNet and XSpider which also checks reliability passwords and makes the deep analysis of content of websites. Evaluation tests and training of employees of the customer concerning use of hardware and software systems were in conclusion spent.
