2023: Exchange of documents "For official use" under the EDM

On April 11, 2023, the Digital Design company announced that it had provided for the Federal Agency for Fishery the exchange of chipboard documents on MED and the processing of chipboard documents in the EDMS. In less than 3 months, the Digital Design company has completed work on preparing the EDMS of the Federal Agency for Fishery for work with chipboard documents.

According to the company, the Federal Agency for Fisheries has the opportunity to exchange documents with a restrictive mark "For official use" (chipboard) according to MED and work with chipboard documents based on the Priority documentation management system and the Docsvision platform, certified according to information security requirements.

The project uses domestic software and a set of information protection devices certified according to security requirements.

A complete series of works on information protection was performed, including certification tests of the EDMS for compliance with the information security requirements of the orders of the FSTEC of Russia No. 17 and 21.

The EDMS of the Federal Agency for Fishery was created on the basis of the Priority documentation management system (Priority SDS) on the Docsvision platform, certified according to information security requirements. SDU Priority is a specialized solution of Digital Design for the tasks of organizing document management and documentation management. As of April 2023, the Priority SDU is widespread in federal and regional authorities, state corporations, and state structures. The advantages of the Priority SDD are the large functionality in terms of automation of document flow processes, ready integration with state systems (MED, FTS, POS, etc.), as well as the compliance of the system with the requirements of Russian legislation in terms of functionality, information technologies and information security.

For more than 10 years, the Priority SDU has been successfully used by the Federal Agency for Fishery at all levels from the head and his deputies to the performers in the departments to work electronically with common access documents. In connection with the requirements of the Government Apparatus of the Russian Federation in 2022, the Federal Agency for Fishery set the task for Digital Design specialists to ensure electronic processing of limited access documents in the agency. The presence of a certificate of compliance with the information security requirements of the FSTEC of Russia in the basic software of the EDMS of the Federal Agency for Fishery made it possible to solve the task as soon as possible.

During the project, the necessary setup of the Priority RMS was carried out, as well as a full range of measures to protect information, including:

• examination of the informatization facility (IT infrastructure of the Federal Agency for Fishery);
• assessment of information security threats and development of a threat and intruder model;
• classification of EDMS of Rosrybolovstvo;
• development of a specific technical assignment and design solutions of the subsystem
• information protection;
• purchase and implementation of information protection tools;
• development of organizational and administrative documentation on information protection;
• preparation and performance of certification tests of the EDMS of the Federal Agency for Fishery for Information Security Requirements for Personal Data Processing Information Systems and State Information Systems.

Thanks to the work performed, we have brought our electronic document flow to the next level of interaction with the authorities in accordance with the requirements for information protection. Especially important for us is the possibility of exchanging chipboard documents on MED.
