The administration of Yakutsk began an implementation project of software of monitoring and efficiency analysis of local government authorities

On June 27, 2016 the BFT company announced the project for development of an integrated automated control system public finance of the city by means of automation of process of monitoring and efficiency analysis of local government authorities on the basis of software of ATsK-Monitoring KPE in district city administration of Yakutsk^[1].

Project Tasks

Development of an integrated automated control system by public finance of Yakutsk regarding monitoring will allow to increase efficiency of implementation of municipal programs and quality of management of municipal authorities of the city, including at the expense of the analysis of results of their activity.

Project Progress

The administration of Yakutsk continues to develop an integrated automated control system public finance of the city. The project solution implemented by BFT company helps to automate process of monitoring and efficiency analysis of local government authorities on the platform of the ATsK-Monitoring KPI system.

Monitoring of efficiency of activity of authorities in Yakutsk will be executed in two directions – assessment of execution of municipal programs and the analysis of activity of municipal authorities. It is expected that with monitoring system implementation the administration of Yakutsk will have an opportunity quickly to react and establish the reasons of inadequate or untimely implementation of municipal programs, to analyze efficiency of municipal authorities.

Staff of economic and financial services of district city administration of Yakutsk, the main managers and managers of budgetary funds will be connected to the ATsK-Monitoring KPI system.

Feature of the project, in addition to integration of the ATsK-Monitoring KPI system with the installed earlier automated systems of planning and budget implementation of Yakutsk ("ADC-Planning" and "ADC-Finance" respectively) – integration into the internal portal with which management officials of administration of Yakutsk for operational management of a financial and economic situation work. As a result, on the portal information on execution of non-financial indicators of municipal programs will become available.

As a result on the portal there will be available information on execution of non-financial indicators of municipal programs.
